| Description | Hi Mr. Yoon, Our factory found out R-LED connector interference issue in DVT4 (1.1K pre-MP). After the discussion between HW, ME, factory, I attached the analysis report for your reference. we suggest modifying the R-side screw boss to solve this problem. | ||||

Hi Sheila first of all, the Top housing injection is finished about 13K so far (today). I think this is also DFM fail case. also your short term solution is too risk. I suggest the best short term solution is below. - Apply R-CH side LED PCB DVT1 version gerver. - Make R-Ch LED PCB ONLY. and about long term solution • Check the possibility to modify the screw boss on top cover - basically Ok. but this is a matter of time and money - FII should be take mold modify cost. - If modify the screw boss on top cover, it will be apply after at least 13K has been produced I will check separately only for 1.1K pre-MP temporary solution . and let you know. |

Hi SH, We've been discussing this topic in weekly meetings. The conclusion is that we need INKEL/ALT to modify the R-side screw boss to solve this issue because layout change on R-side LED board is limited. |
